The service and product that we provide at Happy Hearts is a smartphone app that helps users track their blood pressure and better understand their heart health. The blood pressure monitors that we provide to our users are an additional tool meant to support the Happy Hearts app.
We understand that not everyone has a smartphone, and we recognize and respect every individual's choice on whether or not to have a smartphone or download the Happy Hearts app. However, a compatible smartphone (operating system Android 8/iOS 15 or higher) is required in order to participate in our program.
If your device is showing as incompatible, we are unable to make the Happy Hearts app available for older devices because of the many new features that have been added to the app to improve the user experience. If at all possible, we would love for you to be able to take advantage of this opportunity and be able to track your blood pressure with the Happy Hearts app and monitor.
