If you created an account in the past, you only need to enroll for Happy Hearts one time. You can continue to use the same account and access your health information every time you log in.
To log in to your existing account:
- Open the Happy Hearts app.
- Enter the phone number associated with your account.
- A verification code will be sent to your phone via text message. Enter this code to log in.
If you don't remember which phone number you used, or you're not receiving the verification code via text, reach out to support@happyhearts.com and we can help you regain access to your account.
If you have not created an account:
Someone else may have already created an account using your phone number. To prevent duplicate accounts, our system does not allow the same phone number to be used for multiple accounts.
If this is the case, you have a few options:
- Use a different phone number to create a new account
- Contact our Support team at support@happyhearts.com
