Happy Hearts will use your fingerprint or Face ID on every login to make sure your information stays safe and secure. If your phone has the ability to use a fingerprint to log in or facial recognition, you will need to use these options to log into the Happy Hearts app. This option is set up through your phone settings (not the Happy Hearts app). We've included instructions for some of the major phone manufacturers below:
- iPhone: Touch ID, Face ID
- Samsung: Fingerprint security
- Google Pixel: Fingerprint
- Motorola: Fingerprint security
- LG: Fingerprint Recognition
- HTC: Fingerprint
After fingerprint or face log in are enabled on your device, you will then need to log into the Happy Hearts app. You’ll then enter the phone number on your account to receive a text message with a six digit number for login. After logging in, your fingerprint or Face ID will then be used for future login verification.
