Forgot username?
The phone number you enter to log into the app should be your 10-digit phone number (include area code; don't include any other characters such as hyphens, periods, or spaces).
If you don't remember the phone number on your account or would like to change it, reach out to support@happyhearts.com and we can help you.
Are you on the newest version of the Happy Hearts app?
Using an outdated version of the app may cause issues with logging in. Please follow the instructions for your device below to update the Happy Hearts app.
iPhones
- Open the App Store, then tap Today at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
- Scroll down to see pending updates and release notes. Tap the Update button next to the Happy Hearts app.
Android phones:
- From the Play Store Home screen, tap the Menu icon in the upper-left corner.
- Tap My apps & games.
- Tap Happy Hearts and click on Update.
If you don't see an option to update, you're probably on the latest version of the app.
Are you logging in on a mobile device?
While you can create your account by using a desktop computer, the Happy Hearts program is only accessible via the mobile app for phones. Please try logging in on your compatible mobile device.
